Notary Fees

Fees are due at the initial meeting:

Acknowledgement or Jurat – $10.00 per notary public signature

Oath or Affirmation – $10.00 per notarial act (stamp)

Copy Certification -$10.00 per page certified

Payment Methods

You can pay via cash, credit or debit card. A receipt will be provided to you via text, email or paper whichever you prefer.

Travel Fees

Due to COVID, I am no longer meeting in people’s homes but am willing to meet in a public place such as schools and libraries.

I will meet you at an agreed upon location. If you prefer this option, there will be an extra mileage fee of $ O.445/mi round trip..

Arizona State Regulated Mileage Fee: $0.445/mi Round Trip

If meeting at the Mita or Kiva clubhouse in the Trilogy Vistancia area, no travel fees apply,

The locations below are in a gated area. When you pull up to the gate, please let them know that you are going to the clubhouse to meet me (Jeannine Ruetz).
